What is your shipping Policy?

Turnaround times vary based on products and services ordered.

Photo paper prints without mounting, press printed cards, and fine art paper prints without mounting typically have a production time of 1 business day. Additional time will be required for other items such as prints with mounting, canvas prints, albums, MetalPrints, and framed prints.

If you need to reduce the standard production time for an item, a Production Rush may be added:

• 50% Rush - 50% additional product cost for the order, requires 1 fewer day in production (Example: a photo paper print with mounting normally requires 2 business days, the 50% rush would allow it to be completed in 1 business day)
• 100% Rush - 100% additional product cost for the order, requires 2 fewer days in production (Example: a framed print normally requires 3 business days, the 100% rush would allow it to be completed in 1 business day)

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. Can I cancel an order?

Unless the order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact eric@sprygallery.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Processing a refund can take 7-10 business days.

How do I return my package?

Can you ship to Canada/International/APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.
